Returns

There are two basic steps towards the return of your product:

The customer is requested to self-ship the product back at the same address as mentioned on the package of the product. As per our policy, One side shipping remains the customer's responsibility. Once you ship the parcel, kindly share the tracking details (Receipt) for our reference.

We offer a reverse pickup facility at an additional fee of Rs. 99 as product handling & logistics cost (Reverse Pickup).
