Exchange
The TYZO policies are extremely customer friendly & we long to serve everything one wishes for. Please apply for an exchange 48 hours from the date of delivery by applying through our portal. You can apply to exchange your purchase for alternative items. We have amassed a range of reverse pick up facilities for most pin codes.
It is cautioned that exchange must be finished for similar products in a different size. It can't be exchanged for another design in a similar item class or against some other item across our site/application.
Free products can not be exchanged or returned for a refund.
To keep up with our principles of cleanliness, TYZO has certain norms on a few range of products. We don't acknowledge exchanges on a few item classes, sweat-initiated T-shirts and track pants.
The cost of exchange shall be borne by the customer.
However, incase of a defect, the exchange cost shall be borne by us. 99% of the time the products are defect-free and are passed through a double quality check. Defects will only be identified on receiving the goods at our warehouse, we will arrange the reverse pickup at our own cost after scanning a quality control check of the product.
